Marketplace role

Modest Kouture provides a platform connecting independent vendors with buyers. We are not the seller of vendor-listed products unless explicitly stated. Each vendor is responsible for their listings, fulfillment, and compliance with applicable laws.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our policies.

Purchases

• Prices, availability, and shipping are set by vendors and may change.
• Payment is collected at checkout via Stripe. Order fulfillment is confirmed via our payment webhook process.
• Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns and Refund policies.

Vendors

Sellers must comply with our Seller Guidelines, complete required onboarding including Stripe Connect where applicable, and honor approved orders and return requests.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Modest Kouture is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
