Shipping Policy
How shipping, delivery timelines, and costs work on Modest Kouture.

Modest Kouture is a multi-vendor marketplace. Each order is fulfilled by the individual seller(s) you purchase from, so shipping timelines and carriers may vary between vendors. When your cart contains items from multiple sellers, you may receive more than one package.
Processing time
Most sellers ship quickly, and every seller is expected to ship within 7 days of your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Late or unshipped orders
If a paid order has not shipped within 7 days of being placed, you may cancel it yourself for a full refund. Your account orders page shows the ship-by date for every order that has not shipped yet, and a Cancel order button appears on that order once the date passes. Canceling refunds the full amount to your original payment method.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and the selected shipping method. Any free-shipping thresholds will be applied automatically when your order qualifies.
Delivery estimates
We currently ship within the United States. Standard shipping typically arrives 3–7 business days after dispatch; expedited options, where a seller offers them, typically arrive in 1–3 business days.
