3-Day Return Window
All return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery. Requests outside this window will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility

- The item received is different from the item ordered.
- The item arrives damaged or defective.
- The item contains significant defects not disclosed in the listing.
- The item materially differs from the description or photographs.
- The item is determined to be counterfeit or inauthentic.
Not eligible
- Incorrect size or fit.
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse.
- Minor color variations due to screen or device display settings.
- Minor imperfections clearly disclosed in the product listing.
How to Request a Return

Describe the issue in detail and attach your photos through your account or by emailing support.
Await our review
Modest Kouture will review your request and confirm whether it qualifies under this policy.
Follow return instructions
If approved, you'll receive return instructions. Do not ship items back without prior approval.
Return Shipping
When a return is approved and a physical return is required, the seller is responsible for providing or covering the cost of the return shipping label.
In certain cases, Modest Kouture may determine that a physical return is not necessary and issue a refund directly without requiring the item to be sent back.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. When a physical return is not required, the refund may be issued immediately after the claim is approved.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from a seller error — including incorrect, damaged, defective, or misrepresented items.
Returns sent without prior approval may be refused. Modest Kouture reserves the right to make final determinations on all return requests in accordance with this policy.
