Refund Policy
When and how refunds are processed on Modest Kouture.
Refunds are issued after a return is received and approved by the vendor, or when an order is cancelled before shipment. All payments on Modest Kouture are processed securely through Stripe.
Refund timeline
- Approved refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days.
- Funds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Partial refunds may apply if only some items in an order are returned.
Multi-vendor orders
When your cart includes items from multiple sellers, each vendor order is refunded separately. You may see multiple refund transactions on your statement.
Cancelled orders
If a vendor cancels your order before shipping, a full refund is issued automatically. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed.
