How do I place an order?
Browse the shop, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll complete payment securely through Stripe. An order confirmation email is sent once payment is processed.
Can I buy from multiple sellers in one checkout?
Yes. Your cart can include products from different vendors. Each vendor fulfills their portion of the order separately, so you may receive multiple packages.
How does shipping work?
Shipping options and costs are set by individual vendors. Free shipping may apply on orders over $75 where noted. Delivery timelines vary by seller and destination.
What is your return policy?
Returns may be requested within 3 days of delivery for items that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or misrepresented. See our Return Policy page for full details.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method after a return is approved. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
How do I become a seller?
Apply through our Become a Seller page. Once approved, complete Stripe Connect onboarding to receive payouts and start listing products.
