How do I place an order?
Browse the shop, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll complete payment securely through Stripe. An order confirmation email is sent once payment is processed.
Can I buy from multiple sellers in one checkout?
Yes. Your cart can include products from different vendors. Each vendor fulfills their portion of the order separately, so you may receive multiple packages.
How does shipping work?
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery address and the shipping method. Free shipping is applied automatically when your order qualifies. We currently ship within the United States, and delivery timelines vary by seller.
What is your return policy?
Returns may be requested within 3 days of delivery for items that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or misrepresented. See our Return Policy page for full details.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method after a return is approved. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
How do I become a seller?
Apply through our Become a Seller page. Once approved, complete Stripe Connect onboarding to receive payouts and start listing products.
How are product reviews moderated?
Only buyers with a paid order for a product can review it, once per product. Every review is held as pending and checked by Modest Kouture — not the seller — before it is published. A review is withheld only if it is not about the product or the buying experience; contains personal information, contact details, links, or promotions; is abusive, obscene, harassing, or discriminatory; or is fake, clearly false, or misleading. The same grounds apply to one-star and five-star reviews alike — we never withhold a review because of its rating. A product's star rating is the average of its published reviews. Sellers may post one public reply but cannot edit, hide, or remove a review. Reviews show your first name and last initial.
