Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Account data: name, email address, password (hashed), and profile details you provide when registering.
• Order data: shipping addresses, purchase history, and transaction details needed to fulfill orders.
• Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Usage data: device type, browser, pages visited, and similar technical information collected through cookies and logs.

How we use information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the marketplace.
• Process orders, payments, and vendor payouts.
• Send transactional emails (order confirmations, account notices) via Resend.
• Prevent fraud, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations.

Service providers

We use trusted third parties to operate our platform, including:

• Supabase (authentication, database, and file storage)
• Stripe (payment processing and Connect payouts)
• Resend (transactional email)
• Vercel (hosting)
• Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection on sign-in, sign-up, password reset, and password change)
• komoot Photon (address autocomplete — the address text you type is sent to its public API)

We do not sell or share personal information, do not use it for targeted advertising, and do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

How long we keep information

• Account data (profile, addresses, likes, followed stores, messages, reviews, and questions): for as long as your account is open, then deleted on request.
• Order, payment, tax, refund, and return records: for as long as needed to fulfill orders, handle returns and disputes, and meet accounting, tax, and legal obligations — including after an account is deleted.
• Guest carts: 30 days. The guest cart cookie expires after 30 days and abandoned guest carts are removed after 30 days.
• Security and usage logs (including rate-limit and hosting logs): for the limited period needed to keep the site secure and diagnose problems.

Your choices and rights

You can update your profile, addresses, and email preferences in your account settings, and manage cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.

• Download your data: signed-in users can save a copy of their account, address, order, return, message, review, and preference data from My Profile.
• Delete your account: request deletion from the same page. We acknowledge every request and respond within 45 days by deleting or de-identifying your account and personal data. Order, payment, tax, refund, and return records are kept for as long as accounting and legal obligations require and are not deleted.
• Correct your information: edit it in your account, or ask us to.
• Opt out of sale or sharing: we do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.
